real estate does happen in December, if your agent is on holidays - we will gladly sign you as a client and take care of your needs - the way it should be. yes you will have to sign a document that says that Doug and Gabi will look after your interests and protect you as Realtors should. You are spending a lot of money , you should have us give you our opinion and our years experience.
